The Management Team continues to evaluate emerging technologies and business processes that will complement our clients’ businesses.
Thomas Raad
President/Owner
Thomas Raad is the President and owner of DART Tech. He is responsible for client services’ day-to-day operations and is accountable for DART Tech’s sales growth and planning. Tom works hard to provide the most cost-effective and efficient technology solutions for every client while remaining committed to high-quality service and support.
With over 15 years of experience, Tom has worked with both Fortune 100 and small businesses. He can provide invaluable and insightful observations about the technology needs of clients of all sizes in various industries. As a field technician for Verizon, he was responsible for identifying solutions and minimizing the effects of the client’s operations. He is a seasoned professional who can easily communicate IT concepts to clients while providing trustworthy advice regarding advancing their business’s technical capabilities. He is an asset to DART with his technical knowledge and sharp attention to detail.
He has a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and has helped DART Tech be recognized as one of the “USF Fast 56.” This award is given to the fastest-growing University of Florida alumnus-owned or led organizations in the world. In addition to his busy schedule, Tom maintains an active role in local professional networking groups.
Edmond Raad
General Manager
Edmond Raad is the general manager of DART Tech. As General Manager, he is responsible for critical operational processes, including service-level agreements, financial processing, HR administration, business planning, and procurement.
Ed is a dynamic professional with over 30 years of experience in diverse industries, where his leadership and organizational skills were essential to managing development and client/vendor relationships. His leadership in large organizations enabled him to fine-tune his ability to understand complex concepts. His communication skills at a level of understanding that benefits a client’s growing business are another key differentiator. Before joining DART, Ed was Vice President of Sales for Super Media, formerly Verizon Information Services.
An organization rarely possesses the leadership of an individual with his knowledge and expansive business experience. Ed’s dedication to strong leadership, action-oriented goals, and high level of professionalism make him an asset to DART. He has an advanced management degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Aaron Hebeisen
Director of Managed Services
Aaron Hebeisen is the Director of Managed Services. He is responsible for managing the service team’s activities and providing technical assistance and support to clients. He is the resident expert on support tools, techniques, and services.
With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Aaron is a self-motivated individual passionate about Information Technology. Before DART, Aaron was the Director of Information Technology for the University of Florida Athletics. His responsibilities included leading infrastructure and user support groups, developing professional IT plans and policies, and supervising the HR recruitment process, including the development, retention, and organization of the University’s IT staffing.
Aaron is an asset to DART Tech because of his passion for IT and dedication to providing the client with service that exceeds expectations.
Joel Dumpit
Account Executive
Joel is responsible for finding new clients that need the help of Dart Technologies service in the IT solutions and consulting space. Joel previously worked with other startups to help them expand their clients and also retained them at high rates as their personal trusted advisor. Prior to his stint in the startup world, he helped consult parents and families on legal or government issues, particularly in family law. Joel believes in consistent learning to help better himself in the field. He will take courses from Coursera, read plenty of books like “Gap Selling” and “Fanatical Prospecting”, or take in-person classes in foreign languages.
Hailing from the University of Florida, Joel studied Anthropology and East Language Cultures: Japanese. Joel’s love for foreign languages and cultures helped him develop his sales and business acumen. This background has allowed him to better serve his clients, as he takes a very curious, empathetic, and agile approach when he is looking to help his clients change service providers or find a new solution.
In his free time, he enjoys learning foreign languages, a game of chess, playing piano, and volunteering at Olympic Weightlifting meets across Tampa.
